Ice Cream Sandwich

1 packet of Malt O Milk biscuits (Arnotts)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 packet of Maltesers

2 packets 200ml whipping cream – I buy the tetra packs for this as you can keep all of the ingredients in the pantry to make this yummy recipe at any time : )

How to-

1. Add your whipping cream and condensed milk into a mixer with the whisk attachment on and whip until the consistency is slightly less runny- watch it closely as you don’t want whipped cream, it should be only on about 2-3 minutes.

2. Crush the Maltesers into small pieces and add to the wet mixture.

3. Line a Tupperware (or the like plastic) container with Malt O Milks

4. Slowly our the mixture into the container as to not disturb the lined up biscuits too much, this way you will have an even sandwich.

5. Add another layer of Malt O Milk biscuits to the top in the same pattern as the base.

6. Freeze
